Mark 14:27-31 – Loves bold denials
Here is the revelation shaping my life today- love makes me bold beyond my capacity, but never deserts me when my capacity fails me.

[27] Jesus said to them, “You will all fall away and desert me. This will fulfil the prophecy of the Scripture that says: I will strike down the shepherd and all the sheep will scatter far and wide. [28] “But after I am risen, I will go ahead of you to Galilee.” [29] Then Peter spoke up and said, “Even if all the rest lose their faith and fall away, I will still be beside you, Jesus!” [30] Jesus said, “Mark my words, Peter. This very night, before the rooster crows twice a few hours from now, you will utterly deny that you know me three times.” [31] But Peter was insistent and replied emphatically, “I will absolutely not! Under no circumstances will I ever deny you-even if I have to die with you!” And all the others repeated the same thing.
1 Timothy 3:16 – The mystery of being loved
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- we all know we need, desire, and are made for love. But how to be loved seems to be a mystery we are unable to solve, rather than a mystery we simply embrace in all its amazingness and greatness.

Mark 9:21-24 – Unbelief necessary
Here is the revelation shaping my life today – Jesus invites my unbelief as a fuel for journey not a barrier to intimacy.

1 Timothy 6:17-19 – What’s your story of wealth?
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- we think we get wealthy and all will be good. But the true meaning of life is found in generosity.

To all the rich of this world, I command you not to be wrapped in thoughts of pride over your prosperity, or rely on your wealth, for your riches are unreliable and nothing compared to the living God. Trust instead in the one who has lavished upon us all good things, fulfilling our every need. Remind the wealthy to be rich in good works of extravagant generosity, willing to share with others. This will provide a beautiful foundation for their lives and secure for them a great future, as they lay their hands upon the meaning of true life.
Open arms are the way to love
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- Jesus uses a double negative, “you will never ever enter the Kingdom,” to get our attention. This is important, you enter into God’s love, her Kingdom, by being open to love like a child. No other way.

Here is the revelation shaping my life today – God’s desire is that I would know him intimately and be shaped by his truth.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – religion seduces me into a leadership modality that is opposite to the ways of Jesus.

[38] Jesus also taught the people, “Beware of the religious scholars. They love to parade around in their clergy robes and be greeted with respect on the street. [39] They crave to be made the leaders of synagogue councils, and they push their way to the head table at banquets.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- is daring bold faith a law or a principle for healing?

2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 – Loves salvation
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- love does everything to recapture my heart, with the purpose of doing everything to restore my heart.

[13] We always have to thank God for you, brothers and sisters, for you are dearly loved by the Lord. He proved it by choosing you from the beginning for salvation through the Spirit, who set you apart for holiness, and through your belief in the truth. Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the more alive I am to the spiritual realm and the shaping it has upon my life, the more abundant and healthier life I live and release.

Give careful attention to your spiritual life and every cherished truth you teach, for living what you preach will then release even more abundant life inside you and to all those who listen to you.
Mark 3:20-21 – Insane Jesus
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – you will never meet Jesus outside of encounters with the supernatural.

[20] Then Jesus went home, but once again a large crowd gathered around him, which prevented him from even eating a meal. [21] When his own family heard that he was there, they went out to seize him, for they said, “He’s insane!”
Mark 2:16 – Who gets to feast?
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – sin defiles, so sin disqualifies, what total ridiculous trash.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the grief of the loss of love can never be removed from the path of life, but hope can ensure I can walk the road.

[13] Beloved brothers and sisters, we want you to be quite certain about the truth concerning those who have passed away, so that you won’t be overwhelmed with grief like many others who have no hope. This is the revelation that is shaping my life today – it’s my expectations that often let me down, and then I look to blame and why, and in so doing I can miss the beauty that is present there for me.
