Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I can be right or I can walk alongside?
1 Corinthians 9:19-21 NLT
Even though I am a free man with no master, I have become a slave to all people to bring many to Christ. When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to bring the Jews to Christ. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so I could bring to Christ those who are under the law. When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law, I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – faith is not built on prophetic fulfillment but exploration can be peeked that leads to introduction.
John 19:23-24 NLT
When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they divided his clothes among the four of them. They also took his robe, but it was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom. So they said, “Rather than tearing it apart, let’s throw dice for it.” This fulfilled the Scripture that says, “They divided my garments among themselves and threw dice for my clothing.” So that is what they did.
Psalm 22:18 NLT
They divide my garments among themselves and throw dice for my clothing.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- we defend being right and defending our version of right, above love and unity, and then wonder why the world does not know Jesus.
John 17:22-23 NLT
“I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- God brings to each of us the personal revelation of the truth of Kingdom life, religion dictates corporately what people think the truth for life is.
Romans 14:12-13,17,23 NLT
Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God. So let’s stop condemning each other. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not cause another believer to stumble and fall. For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. But if you have doubts about whether or not you should eat something, you are sinning if you go ahead and do it. For you are not following your convictions. If you do anything you believe is not right, you are sinning.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- the intention and desire of God is to be knowable and known, this is why Jesus came.
John 12:44-45 NLT
Jesus shouted to the crowds, “If you trust me, you are trusting not only me but also God who sent me. For when you see me, you are seeing the one who sent me.”
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- the deep needs of love, safety, and being known are all met in the good shepherd. They are the foundation for a full life.
John 10:14-15 NLT
“I am the good shepherd; I know my own sheep, and they know me, just as my Father knows me and I know the Father. So I sacrifice my life for the sheep.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- God is not known through study He is only known through intimacy.
1 Corinthians 2:9-13 NLT
That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.” But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets. No one can know a person’s thoughts except that person’s own spirit, and no one can know God’s thoughts except God’s own Spirit. And we have received God’s Spirit (not the world’s spirit), so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- I am amazed again by how good God is to me.
1 Corinthians 1:30-31 NLT
God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin. Therefore, as the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the LORD.”
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- do I live open to the transformative effect of the intimacy of Jesus?
Luke 19:7-10 TPT
As Jesus left to go with Zacchaeus, many in the crowd complained, “Look at this! Of all the people to have dinner with, he’s going to eat in the house of a crook.” Zacchaeus joyously welcomed Jesus and was amazed over his gracious visit to his home. Zacchaeus stood in front of the Lord and said, “Half of all that I own I will give to the poor. And Lord, if I have cheated anyone, I promise to pay back four times as much as I stole.” [9-10] Jesus said to him, “This shows that today life has come to you and your household, for you are a true son of Abraham. The Son of Man has come to seek out and to give life to those who are lost.”
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- I can’t walk past the deepest need of love.
1 John 4:7,10,19 TPT
Those who are loved by God, let his love continually pour from you to one another, because God is love. Everyone who loves is fathered by God and experiences an intimate knowledge of him. This is love: He loved us long before we loved him. It was his love, not ours. He proved it by sending his Son to be the pleasing sacrificial offering to take away our sins. Our love for others is our grateful response to the love God first demonstrated to us.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- I am the overflow of my heart.
John 2:23-25 NLT
Because of the miraculous signs Jesus did in Jerusalem at the Passover celebration, many began to trust in him. But Jesus didn’t trust them, because he knew all about people. No one needed to tell him about human nature, for he knew what was in each person’s heart.
This is the revelation that is shaping my life today- everyone is set right so they can live life.
Romans 5:9-11 MSG
[9-11] Now that we are set right with God by means of this sacrificial death, the consummate blood sacrifice, there is no longer a question of being at odds with God in any way. If, when we were at our worst, we were put on friendly terms with God by the sacrificial death of his Son, now that we’re at our best, just think of how our lives will expand and deepen by means of his resurrection life!
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- I have great value ascribed to me and I am never abandoned.
Luke 12:6-7 TPT
[6-7] “What is the value of your soul to God? Could your worth be defined by an amount of money? God doesn’t abandon or forget even the small sparrow he has made. How then could he forget or abandon you? What about the seemingly minor issues of your life? Do they matter to God? Of course they do! So you never need to worry, for you are more valuable to God than anything else in this world.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I choose how I live, but the choices are shaped by two.
1 Peter 4:2,8 TPT
So live the rest of your earthly life no longer concerned with human desires but consumed with what brings pleasure to God.
