Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the more I am with Jesus the more I see myself, as a man with no sin. Union with him eradicates sin in me.
1 John 3:5-6,8 TPT
[5] And you know without a doubt that Jesus was revealed to eradicate sins, and there is no sin in him. Anyone who continues to live in union with him will not sin. [6] But the one who continues sinning hasn’t seen him with discernment or known him by intimate experience. [8] The reason the Son of God was revealed was to undo and destroy the works of the devil.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – what I am capable of is reflective of what I have allowed to shape my nature.

John 2:23-25 TPT
[23] While Jesus was at the Passover Feast, the number of his followers began to grow, and many gave their allegiance to him because of all the miraculous signs they had seen him doing! [24] But Jesus did not yet entrust himself to them, because he knew how fickle human hearts can be. [25] He didn’t need anyone to tell him about human nature, for he fully understood what man was capable of doing.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – love is the only command of God. So he submits himself to me and invites me to be loved. Walk in or walk away, God never changes his posture of submission.

1 John 2:3-6,12 TPT
[3] Here’s how we can be sure that we’ve truly come to know God: if we keep his commands. [4] If someone claims, “I have come to know God by experience,” yet doesn’t keep God’s commands, he is a phony and the truth finds no place in him. [5] But the love of God will be perfected within the one who obeys God’s Word. We can be sure that we’ve truly come to live in intimacy with God, [6] not just by saying, “I am intimate with God,” but by walking in the footsteps of Jesus. [12] I remind you, dear children: your sins have been permanently removed because of the power of his name.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the one who creates life enables life. The search is over – rest!

John 1:1-4 TPT
[1] In the very beginning, the Living Expression was already there. And the Living Expression was with God, yet fully God. [2] They were together-face-to-face, in the very beginning. [3] And through his creative inspiration this Living Expression made all things, for nothing has existence apart from him! [4] Life came into being because of him, for his life is light for all humanity.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – darkness has no power to destroy light or the invitation to walk in light. So why make sin such a big relational deal?

1 John 1:5,7 TPT
[5] God is pure light. You will never find even a trace of darkness in him. [7] But if we keep living in the pure light that surrounds him, we share unbroken fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, continually cleanses us from all sin.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the motivation for following Jesus must be found in the pleasure of his presence.

2 Peter 1:17 TPT
[17] All my delight is found in him!

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – you can stare into an empty tomb but that doesn’t mean a risen saviour unless you remember and believe. Faith, remembering, gives new eyes to see differently in the storms of life.

Luke 24:6,11,25,44 TPT
[6] Have you forgotten what he said to you while he was still in Galilee:
11] When the disciples heard the testimony of the women, it made no sense, and they were unable to believe what they heard.
25] Jesus said to them, “Why are you so thick-headed? Why do you find it so hard to believe every word the prophets have spoken? [44] Then he said to them, “Don’t you remember the words that I spoke to you when I was still with you?

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – worry and stress want to devour my life, but there is a way to stand and overcome.

1 Peter 5:7-11 TPT
[7] Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you. [8] Be well-balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour. [9] Take a decisive stand against him and resist his every attack with strong, vigorous faith. For you know that your believing brothers and sisters around the world are experiencing the same kinds of troubles you endure. [10] And then, after your brief suffering, the God of all loving grace, who has called you to share in his eternal glory in Christ, will personally and powerfully restore you and make you stronger than ever. Yes, he will set you firmly in place and build you up. [11] And he has all the power needed to do this forever!

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – what God rips no one should try and repair. The way into God’s presence is completely open, don’t try and reestablish barriers to entry.

Luke 23:44-46 TPT
[44] It was now only midday, yet the whole world became dark for three hours as the light of the sun faded away. [45] And suddenly in the temple, the thick veil hanging in the Holy Place was ripped in two! [46] Then Jesus cried out with a loud voice, “Father, I surrender my Spirit into your hands.” And he took his last breath and died.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – know the intensity of being loved by God in order to echo that love to others, and make this your “above all” of your life.

1 Peter 4:8 TPT
[8] Above all, constantly echo God’s intense love for one another, for love will be a canopy over a multitude of sins.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I get life upside down in my priorities so easily and so quickly and then I wonder why life yields me what I strive for. The true goal of life is relationships of love, so sow here and reap accordingly.

1 Peter 3:8-9 TPT
[8] Now, this is the goal: to live in harmony with one another and demonstrate affectionate love, sympathy, and kindness toward other believers. Let humility describe who you are as you dearly love one another. [9] Never retaliate when someone treats you wrongly, nor insult those who insult you, but instead, respond by speaking a blessing over them because a blessing is what God promised to give you.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I am completely free, but freedom has responsibility. I can live wisely free or unwisely free.

1 Peter 2:16-17 TPT
[16] As God’s loving servants, you should live in complete freedom, but never use your freedom as a cover-up for evil. [17] Recognize the value of every person and continually show love to every believer. Live your lives with great reverence and in holy awe of God.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – do not allow the self-proclaimed, dressed up, experts of the law rob you from the foundations of the law – love and acceptance, righteousness in Christ.

Luke 20:46 TPT
[46] “Don’t follow the example of these pretentious experts of the law! They love to parade around in their clergy robes so that they are honoured wherever they go, sitting right up front in every meeting and pushing for the head table at every banquet.

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – how easily I live without a deep appreciation for the amazing gift of salvation.

1 Peter 1:23 TPT
[23] For through the eternal and living Word of God you have been born again. And this “seed” that he planted within you can never be destroyed but will live and grow inside of you forever. For:
