Luke 12:6-7 – What am I worth?
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the value, the worth, of a thing, especially when that thing is me, is so important. We discard things of little worth and prize things of great value. So what is my value?

[6-7] “What is the value of your soul to God? Could your worth be defined by an amount of money? God doesn’t abandon or forget even the small sparrow he has made. How then could he forget or abandon you? What about the seemingly minor issues of your life? Do they matter to God? Of course they do! So you never need to worry, for you are more valuable to God than anything else in this world.
Hebrews 9:26,28 – Leave buried what has been abolished.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today -Does modern man still live in the dark ages? A new age has dawned, it’s the age where sin has been abolished, am I living here?

….But now he has appeared at the fulfilment of the ages to abolish sin once and for all by the sacrifice of himself! ……28] But when we die we will be face-to-face with Christ, the One who experienced death once for all to bear the sins of many! And now to those who eagerly await him, he will appear a second time; not to deal with sin, but to bring us the fullness of salvation.
Hebrews 8:6-7,10 – It’s a covenant of the heart.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – there is a better way than law and manipulation – it’s the way of the heart and God has chosen it!

[6] …since he (Jesus) is the catalyst of a better covenant which contains far more wonderful promises! [7] For if that first covenant had been faultless no one would have needed a second one to replace it. ……10] For here is the covenant I will one day establish with the people of Israel: I will embed my laws within their thoughts and fasten them onto their hearts. I will be their loyal God and they will be my loyal people.
Luke 9:23-25 – Will the true me step forward.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – which life do I want to live? There are two versions of life, two versions of me, and Jesus comes to bring revelation to me of the difference and to offer and open the way to becoming my true self me.

[23] Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. [24] For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. [25] What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit their very self?
Hebrews 4:1-3 – Faith activates the promises
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – everything is available in the spiritual realm from love’s open hands, but not everything is experienced and received for there is a responsibility to receiving.

[1] Now God has offered to us the same promise of entering into his realm of resting in confident faith. So we must be extremely careful to ensure that we all embrace the fullness of that promise and not fail to experience it. [2] For we have heard the good news of deliverance just as they did, yet they didn’t join their faith with the Word. Instead, what they heard didn’t affect them deeply, for they doubted. [3] For those of us who believe, faith activates the promise and we experience the realm of confident rest!
Luke 8:9-10,18 – The listening heart
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the secrets and mysteries of the spiritual realm and heard by a listening heart, not an inquiring mind. And I have been given this heart. So I lack nothing to understand the secrets and mysteries of God, other than my choice to exercise my listening heart.

[9] Later his disciples came to Jesus and asked him privately what deeper meaning was found in this parable. [10] He said, “You have been given a teachable heart to perceive the secret, hidden mysteries of God’s kingdom realm. But to those who don’t have a listening heart, my words are merely stories. Even though they have eyes, they are blind to the true meaning of what I say, and even though they listen, they won’t receive full revelation. [18] So pay careful attention to your hearts as you hear my teaching, for to those who have open hearts, even more revelation will be given to them until it overflows. And for those who do not listen with open hearts, what little light they imagine to have will be taken away.”

Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – if you miss that you are already invited you keep trying to make yourself invitable, and you will never get to the feasting.

[1] And so, dear brothers and sisters, you are now made holy, and each of you is invited to the feast of your heavenly calling. So fasten your thoughts fully onto Jesus, whom we embrace as our Apostle and King-Priest. ………19] It is clear that they could not enter into their inheritance because they wrapped their hearts in unbelief.
Luke 7:8-9,13-14,23,50 – How do I understand faith and its role?
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – faith is a posture for life that moves me into the realm of heaven to earth supernatural, but it is not a control of the one who brings heaven to earth.

[8] “Unlike you, I am just an ordinary man. Yet I understand the power of authority, and I see that authority operating through you. I have soldiers under me who obey my every command. He turned around and said to the crowd who had followed him, “Listen, everyone! Never have I found even one among the people of God a man like this who believes so strongly in me.”

Titus 3:4-7 – Love has bold intentions
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I am made right so I can have life – right!

He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, [6] whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, [7] so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
Luke 4:16-21 – Is all that I want really on offer for me?
Here is the revelation shaping my life today – I strive for life, and I want a great life, but so often my striving is poor investments. Is the way already open to me?

He stood up to read, [17] and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, [19] to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favour.” [20] Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him. [21] He began by saying to them, “Today this scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.”

[21] When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as he was praying, heaven was opened [22] and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you, I am well pleased.”
2 Timothy 3:1 – The culture of my day.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – I am so often unaware of who I am serving. I allow my life to be shaped by a culture that constantly fails me, yet I bow down.

[1] But you need to be aware that in the final days, the culture of society will become extremely fierce and difficult for the people of God.

[1] Timothy, my dear son, live your life empowered by God’s free-flowing grace, which is your true strength, found in the anointing of Jesus and your union with him!
Luke 2:10-12 – The most joyous news!
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – you can’t silence good news. This news is thousands of years old and is still celebrated worldwide. I think this shows how desperate our need is for rescue. You can’t do this life alone!
