Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- faith is the key to Kingdom life. Performance flows from faith.
Luke 17:6 TPT
Jesus responded, “If you have even the smallest measure of authentic faith, it would be powerful enough to say to this large tree, ‘My faith will pull you up by the roots and throw you into the sea,’ and it will respond to your faith and obey you.”
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today- Jesus’ truth always stands but often I walk away in disbelief, even though I know his truth.
Luke 24:4-11 MSG
[4-8] They were puzzled, wondering what to make of this. Then, out of nowhere it seemed, two men, light cascading over them, stood there. The women were awestruck and bowed down in worship. The men said, “Why are you looking for the Living One in a cemetery? He is not here but raised up. Remember how he told you when you were still back in Galilee that he had to be handed over to sinners, be killed on a cross, and in three days rise up?” Then they remembered Jesus’ words. [9-11] They left the tomb and broke the news of all this to the Eleven and the rest. Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them kept telling these things to the apostles, but the apostles didn’t believe a word of it, thought they were making it all up.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – fear is always present when miracles are about, it seeks to keep me from receiving what God has for me.
Luke 8:25,37,47,50 TPT
25] Then Jesus said to them, “Why are you fearful? Have you lost your faith in me?” Shocked and shaken, they said with amazement to one another, “Who is this man who has authority over winds and waves that they obey him?”
37] Soon all the people of the region of the Gerasenes and the surrounding country begged Jesus to leave them, for they were gripped with fear.
47] When the woman realized she couldn’t hide any longer, she came and fell trembling at Jesus’ feet.
50] When Jesus heard this, he said, “Jairus, don’t yield to your fear. Have faith in me and she will live again.”
This is the revelation that is shaping my life today – Gods power is restricted by me.
Luke 1:18,37-38 TPT
Zechariah asked the angel, “How do you expect me to believe this? I’m an old man and my wife is too old to give me a child. What sign can you give me to prove this will happen?” ….. Not one promise from God is empty of power, for nothing is impossible with God!” Then Mary responded, saying, “This is amazing! I will be a mother for the Lord! As his servant, I accept whatever he has for me. May everything you have told me come to pass.” And the angel left her.
Hebrews 11:1,6,13,24-27 TPT
Now faith brings our hopes into reality and becomes the foundation needed to acquire the things we long for. It is all the evidence required to prove what is still unseen. And without faith living within us it would be impossible to please God. For we come to God in faith knowing that he is real and that he rewards the faith of those who give all their passion and strength into seeking him. [13…..They all lived their lives on earth as those who belonged to another realm.
24] Faith enabled Moses to choose God’s will, for although he was raised as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter, he refused to make that his identity, choosing instead to suffer mistreatment with the people of God. Moses preferred faith’s certainty above the momentary enjoyment of sin’s pleasures. He found his true wealth in suffering abuse for being anointed, more than in anything the world could offer him, for his eyes looked with wonder not on the immediate, but on the ultimate-faith’s great reward! Holding faith’s promise Moses abandoned Egypt and had no fear of Pharaoh’s rage because he persisted in faith as if he had seen God who is unseen.
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – the powerful stand off between faith and doubt, and the deep shaping impact doubt can have on my experience of the life God intends.
Hebrews 4:2-3 TPT
For we have heard the good news of deliverance just as they did, yet they didn’t join their faith with the Word. Instead, what they heard didn’t affect them deeply, for they doubted. For those of us who believe, faith activates the promise and we experience the realm of confident rest!
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – love dispels my ‘why me’ questions.
Psalm 144:1,3 TPT
There is only one strong, safe, and secure place for me; it’s in God alone and I love him! He’s the one who gives me strength and skill for the battle. Lord, what is it about us that you would even notice us? Why do you even bother with us?
Here is the revelation that is shaping my life today – circumstances are random, feelings are responsive, trust is shaping.
Psalm 143:7-8 TPT
Lord, come quickly and answer me, for my depression deepens and I’m about to give up. Don’t leave me now or I’ll die! Let the dawning day bring me revelation of your tender, unfailing love. Give me light for my path and teach me, for I trust in you.
Here is the revelation that will shape my life today…..
We are to live as those who live in the world system but are not absorbed by it, for the world as we know it is quickly passing away.
Here is the revelation shaping my life today:
Peter shouted out, “Lord, if it’s really you, then have me join you on the water!” “Come and join me,” Jesus replied. So Peter stepped out onto the water and began to walk toward Jesus. But when he realized how high the waves were, he became frightened and started to sink. “Save me, Lord!” he cried out. Jesus immediately stretched out his hand and lifted him up and said, “What little faith you have! Why would you let doubt win?”
Here is the revelation shaping my life today:
I know what it means to lack, and I know what it means to experience overwhelming abundance. For I’m trained in the secret of overcoming all things, whether in fullness or in hunger. And I find that the strength of Christ’s explosive power infuses me to conquer every difficulty.
This is the revelation shaping my life today:
I am passionately in love with God because he listens to me. Even when it seems I’m surrounded by many liars and my own fears, and though I’m hurting in my suffering and trauma, I still stay faithful to God and speak words of faith.
